Outdoor Education Center had a reservation system that was entirely
paper based. Events are manually added to a monthly event calendar
that is then updated and photocopied on a weekly basis for all staff.
The employee that was managing these events found herself overwhelmed
as JOEC expanded its operations to multiple departments. JOEC needed
an electronic solution that would provide future scalability and
take a considerable workload off of its event management staff.

Solutions automated the entire event reservation system with cutting
edge software innovations. Updating a department's events is now
done in real time. Changes to the calendar are reflected in a custom
department event list, as well as the company wide event calendar.

In
addition to event reservation tracking, LCN Solutions has developed
a resource tracking package as well. No longer will employees need
to submit requests via paper or email to management staff. If an
employee needs access to a company resource, he/she can reserve
it themselves for a set amount of time.
JOEC
sales staff can now see what dates are open for a reservation from
any location in the world. JOEC staff also has the ability to book
group reservations instantly from any client location.
